My father and his brother were the joint owners of a shop which is a 2 storey building on a 150 sq. yards plot . There were 2 seperate tenants inducted on both the floors and both of them were paying rent to my father and his brother. But after the death of my uncle his legal heirs sold off their undivided share to the tenant who is on the 1st floor but we don't have that information on papers . Now I , being the legal heir of the undivided share of the entire property , am unable to sell my undivided share because of the 2 tenants. My questions are : 1) Am I the owner of the 50% undivided share on both the floors . 2) How can I demarcate my share with the co owner through court . What is the procedure and in which court will I have to file the case and how long does it takes ? 3) From where can I get the information that my uncle's legal heirs had sold off thier share? 4) Hw can I find a purchaser who can buy my share .
