Default Professional help for new licensees

I am a new entrant in the real estate trade. I have applied for a license for a real estate agent, which should be coming in any day. Before I actually start my work, I am seeking professional guidance. Are there any professional trainers in the real estate business who will teach me the nuances of the trade like, how to get leads, how to access a client base, how much can I earn as commissions, can I be a referral agent, or what are my options if I want to quit the trade some day, etc.

In today’s real estate market, it is extremely important for every new agent to be aware of his options in the trade. You have to decide whether you want to be an active real estate agent, or a referral agent or be an inactive agent. There are courses you can take to learn how to be a real estate referral agent, and some sites offer commissions to members who give referrals. In the current scenario, it is best that you join a referral service likeGreen Parachute, LLC : Real Estate Referral Network. This site that will offer all the help you need. They have professionals from the real estate world to impart training to their members, they have client listings, assured income in the form of commissions and other features. You can refer to their site for more on this and become a member of their program on-line.
