I have a Suvivorship Warranty deed that was filed with the Clerk of Superioir Court in Ga. on 5/19/2006. I want to know if the person that sold this to me can they come back and try to get it back. I only paid 10.00 which it states in the deed , ths sum of 10.00 and no other good and valuable consinderation.

Not if grants you the rights.
They cannot take back rights irrevocably granted to you. If you are not sure what it really says, have a lawyer or title company review. |
