I was led to believe this company was going to help me refinance my home saving it from forclosure. after talking on phone with the company he sent a man to my house with documents to sign without a notory.
the notory did come to my house about a month later only to sign her book.
the man from this company also tells me not to make the payments to the mortgage company to send all future payments to his bank and he will take care of it. well about a month later i start getting a mans mail address to my house and only concerning my home and i find out the payments i sent to his bank were not made to the mortgage company.
well right there i knew something was wrong so i went to the recorders office and was in shock to find out the deed to my house was in a mans name the very man that has been recieving mail at my address. I have been in my home for eight years my children go to school walking distance. I would never sell my house and once again my home is at risk of forclosure because the company did not make mortgage payments i sent.
I could make all back payments to mortgage company to keep from forclosure but my house is in his name ....
PLEASE HELP !

Call your state attorney general's office and report this--it seems the person may also have committed a crime if he took your money and did not apply it to any account as promised, and simply kept the money.
