We are trying to get a loan the cheapest and easiest way to buy my in-laws
property which they own outright so our bank told us about quit deed which my in laws don't have a problem with but want to make sure that the transfer tax fee which we are going to pay up front. Will my in laws get charged any taxes later on down the road? |

Check with your local county clerk or recorder of deeds because some local jurisdictions do have applicable taxes.
