ME AND MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A HOUSE IN BEVERLY 2 FAMILY HOUSE ALONG WITH HIS SISTER,,,,WE PUT THE DOWNPAYMENT WITHOUT A DIME FROM HER,,,SHE PAID ME BACK BASICALLY 5K,,,CAUSE MY MOM HAD GIVEN AS A PRESENT 10K FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT,,,SHE PAID ME BACK AFTER 3 YRS,,,,I WANT TO GET MY NAME OUT OF THE DEED,,BUT I WANT TO BE BOUGHT OUT,,WE DONT LIVE IN THAT HOSUE,,,WE ARE RENTING IT RIGHT NOW,,,I WANT HEER TO BUY ME OUT,, BUT SHE SAYS THAT I SHOULD NOT ASK FOR ANYTHIGN MONEY BECAUSE I HAVE NOT "INVESTED" IN FIXING THE HOUSE,,,IS THIS LEGALLY CORRECT?

That really is based on what you two agreed,

But if two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.) You could threaten to take this action if need be. It may cause compromise which is of course what you need here now.

we didnt agree to anything in that sense,,,when it is sold it is split in 3 ways...i want to get my name outta the hosue right now,,,but i want to sell my part not let her have a house for free,,cause shes made my life ompossible in that
