Confused life tennant ? can i get rid of them?

have a life tennancy agreement with grandma-in-law who has gone crazy on us and is so violent and mean that we had to move out of our own house. Now paying bills/mortgage there and having to rent is there a way to get her out or at least stop the payments, untill we can move back in??

Default Re: life tennant ? can i get rid of them?

Who has the life interest?
Grandma?
If she really has become incompetent you can go to court and have her removed or the life interest ended or modified.

Otherwise that life interest is pretty hard to eliminate...
