The deeds of my property prohibit the parking of commercial vehicles on the drives of all the properties. I understand a commercial vehicle to be a van, but others tell me a commercial vehicle has to have lettering, advertising, company name, etc displayed on the van. They say that if nothing is displayed on the exterior of the van then it is not classed as a commercial vehicle. Can anyone help me with this please. My neighbour parks a 3.5 tonne white van on his drive in front of my lounge window - it is a plain white van with no lettering, but is enormous and blocks all view to the right of my house. The height of it extends to the ceiling of my ground floor.

Do you have commercial licenses there?
If so then check what type of license exists on the van? We have two classes here in Canada. |
