Unhappy Three names on a deed

My mother-in-law transfered the deed to her house to her two daugthers and I before she passed away. My oldest sister-in-law told my husband that both his sisters can get a lawyer and force to me sell the house for
15,000.00 after it was appraised for 42,500.00. Can they make me sign the papers?
