My Wife Leased Property To A Gas Production Co. The Property Is In Both Our Names But Only Her Signed The Agreement. After The Production Company Searched The Records, They Found That I Needed To Sign The Lease Also. Now The Production Company Wants Me To Sign The Agreements Under An Amended Condition.
How Legal Is This Agreement ??? And Do I Have To Sign For The Same Lease Amount As She Did??? |

It is not binding on you until you sign normally. So you could try for better terms if you wish.

There Is A Letter Of Repudiation That Can Be Written By The Party That Did Not Sign, To Terminate The Lease. Lease Is Valid Only If Both Sign If Jointly Owned. Any Comments?
