In California, City of Chico, are there any laws that limit the time or number of people living in a single family home. Specifically 5 people are permanent residents and 6 people are temporary house guests. Is there a limit on the amount of time the guests are legally able to stay?

Every city has some limits on the number of unrelated (or even related) persons that can inhabit a space--but it does vary.
Call your city attorney at the mayor's office and they will inform you. |
