Regarding Civil code 890
Rent Skimming. With the written consent of the seller and the sellers agent. Is it considered rent skimming with this consent...first the property is not in foreclosure and second we have a lease with an option to buy the home...third the property is in foreclosure and we have consent. Also we do not have a relationship with the bank and are paying rent for the premises. Good and valuable consideration. What obligation if any does the sublessee have to the lender if he/she is giving valuable consideration to the seller/owner? thank you for your help? Rodolfo 714-240-0635 |
