I have a 5 ft. utility easement at the rear of my property. Last week the cable company show up and replace a smal box ( about 2ft x 1.5 ft ) that was located on a short concrete poll for a big box 3ft x 3ft x 4 ft high. It was installed on a concrete pad and " believe or not" out of the easement. My questions are : 1 - Can they ( Cable Co.), install such equipment in that way (I tought it should be under ground or overhead ) ?
2- If they can do it. What should I do to have it install inside the easement? Please help ! Thanks. |

They cannot install anything off that designated easement.
Have you asked them to explain and/or remove? |
