Confused Heir Property

If you and your siblings are heirs to a property, your parents pass away making you all the owners. They signed the property over to you and you pass away who becomes the owners of the property. No wills from either party who passed away??????

each state has different rules but if you pass it normally then goes to your spouse, and/or kids equally
