I just moved into my condo in March 2008
After I got here I had a visit by the sheriff who said the owner is being taken to court AND THAT HIS CONDO IS GOING INTO FORECLOSURE.. I need to know after the court date how many days will the judge give me to move? I am in Illinois. my landlord is not replying to my emails. and can I get my security dep back since he lost the condo
