Floreclosure
My mom's house is on foreclosure with court sale order for this month, she is no resident nor US citizen. She could file banckrupcy? If so,How will affect other properties in her country of origen? or Could she file a Quit claim deed under my name and I file banckrupcy as US citizen ?

Why does she want to do that? The bankruptcy will not stop the foreclosure only delay it...do you mean to file for other reasons?
