Confused Private lender calls note upon transfer into Irrevocable Trust

Private lender calls note upon transfer into Irrevocable Domestic Non
Grantor Trust...?

Private Lender then request proof that previous Owner is still owner of
property. Requests Copy Of trust stating that fact... Altered Documentation
was provided stating she was trustee and primary beneficiary in order to
protect the assets. however, leaving the original trust documentation
intact(Without Change; In the original Docs she is not a beneficiary nor is
she a trustee). Does This Constitute Fraud?
