I received a Substitute Trustee's Notice of Sale on Saturday (March. 15th). The sale will take place on the 19th. I called and left a message but I am guessing I will not hear back until Monday. This is the first I have heard anything about this, and as far as I knew we were up-to-date on payments. The mrtgage lender was always very good about calling if we fell behind. They even called my work which is better because it is easier to reach me there. But I haven't gotten any calls. We were even talking to the lender about refinancing back in January and February..... so I don't understand. Does this mean it will be sold or is there something I can do?
