Unhappy Loan for a Home deposit.

I have a serious problem and need someone's input as to what I can do?
My mother purchased a home in Fl. on 2003 and she had her nephew put a large deposit on the home. The only reciept she has is of his account transaction stating that he made the deposit to the former owner. There is nothing mention or said in writing that this was a repayment for a loan that he made with her several years ago.She asked him to please sign the reciept that he made for the deposit and to clarifiy what this payment was for & why.
He refused to do so. What can she do to protect herself and her family if she passes away, because he can claim that there was no loan and the the living spouce or children have to pay him the monies that he has receipts for???
Please help me!
You try to help family and they screw you over!! WHat can I do !!

If need be you could force them all into court and have a judge order that it be clarified.

He needs to be clear why he will not agree. If you are still suspicious you may want to take legal action now rather than wait for a problem.

Question Re: Loan for a Home deposit.

What kind of attorney would be the best for my situation to hire or can I go to small claims court?

Any good business lawyer or litigator could help resolve this.

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
