Online purchases without using name
Is it legal to use your own valid credit card to join a site over the
internet without using your real name in the box for the chardholders name - what if the site automaticaly places its own name (site name) in that box and you just fill your card number etc... and the payment processes sucessfully. Its your card and your money but not your name? If this is not legal what is the extent of the possible penalty or punishment? |

If they will accept it, it is not strictly illegal.
