Confused FRUAD AT WWW.EBAY.IN

Dear sir

This for your kind consideration that I have bid for a item on ebay.in and
paid for it but seller (halwawala_in1)refused to sell, & I got caught in between seller & ebay.seller says he refunded the money ebay say he don't have enough money on his account till date I have not receive any information regarding my money. Please clarify, once a website offer some item for auction / open bidding and after successful bidding a line appears in the screen of the web site made the bidder legally bound to pay. Why same law is not applicable to the seller after making the payment how can some one denies the deal and withdraw the deal. If it is legal ?. Even seller refund the money who will compensate my trauma & agene for last one month or so. Even my money backs by the seller, If seller don't wish to sell why un necessarily my money drown from my account, & expose to risk of lost of money and my peace of mined just refunding money is not the way, without any serious reason moreover, it was not general sale it was won by bidding so how can some one turn down the deal after receiving the payment and refunded it by saying that attitude of the buyer was not proper. I don t think that you placed the item on your site for bidding with price & quantum of attitude so, please satisfy my query or guide me to seek legal advise for my query.

Thanking you
PABAN SAH

You may file a police report for fraud, and file in small claims court where they live as well if you know who they are. World Law can also track them down, prosecute and collect though they do charge a basic fee for that. WLD has 380 lawyers in the group covering all U.S. states and 26 countries.
