My issue is that I was buying a woman's dog online and the only thing she told me I had to pay for was shipping. Well she lives in the same town so it would be free because I could just go by her house and pick it up. She also told me that the dog had been vet checked. Well now she's saying that I need to pay to have the dog vet checked by her vet before I tcan take it. Is this legal? I mean it should have already been checked by a vet and plus I wasn't supposed to have to pay anything. Is this false advertisement? And do I have a case against her?

Well you may not have a contract or agreement yet.
But is she made an offer and you accepted it, she cannot add terms now--and you could indeed sue for any damages you incur. |
