Advertised some movie memorabilia on eBay for 500K (Minnesota) accepting best offers. Guy in AZ offered 100K. Called him, he said he didn't make the
offer and that his account was compromised. Can I sue him? What do I stand to recover? He says he didn't make the offer, he is a custodian making less than 40k. Do I have a breech of contract case? Please help. |

You have to try to re-sell and in theory could sue him for the difference if you lose money.
But frankly this sounds like a situation to just ignore--and post some negative feedback on him. |
