Malwarealarm go me and my 79.99$

A few days ago. I got a popup on my computer from this company called Malwarealarm saying that I had a viris or something like that. It offered a free scan so I went ahead and let it do it. I thought That it came from my internet provider. I let it do the scan, and I started to procide with the registration. when I saw that it would cast me 79.99$ I backed out. I just typed my name in is all I did. I did not agree to anything and I did not enter my account number. But within a two days the money was gone from my acount.
I have sent them four emails now asking them to stop sending the program to me but its still happening and my money has not been returned. How long should I wait till I get real help in this mater

File a police report and contact your state attorney general's office. And close that account.

But why did you give the account number if you did not want to pay?

The same thing happens some time ago. Need to say that Malwarealarm is Rogue Security Software.
