purchase of cigarettes online

Hello, I live in NY state and was researching buying cigarettes from an online indian reservation in my own state, i know there is alot of opposition to the subject. But is it still legal to do so?

Because I have seen some cites say that it is. But i saw somewhere that in 2004 it was legal. But that was 5 years ago so maybe things have changed...

I have been buying cigarettes on line for over a year. Mine are made in NY, I haven't had any problem. Yes it is legal!

For about 5 years I using DiscountCigarettesMall.com for buying my cigs. I live in NY and don't have any problems with them because they don't report any information regarding client' purchases.
