BOUGHT A LEMON ON EBAY! NO HELP!!

I bought this car for $10,000...it's been 5 months and ANOTHER $10,000 JUST to get the car running! It was totally not as described but the seller won't budge and says he didn't do anything to it, i must have damaged it after i received it. It's past the 35 days that ebay allows. WHAT DO I DO?!?! I NOW HAVE $10,000 ON CREDIT CARDS!!! can i fight this?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office. WLD attorneys could also become directly involved, though they normally do charge a basic fee for that.
