Default Ebay seller refuses to sell for winning bid

I had the winning bid of $22,000 for a car on ebay. It was a 10 day auction with a starting bid of $22,000 (there was not a reserve price set) and a buy it now price of $32,000. I bid $22,000 (the starting bid and I was the only bidder) and when the auction ended ebay sent me an email stating I won the auction. I emailed the seller (a car dealership) to arrange payment and pick up of the car and within a couple of hours one of the salesmen called me and told me they couldn't sell me the car for $22,000 because someone had hacked onto their listing and changed ther priceing, but they could sell the car for $32,000. I told them I needed to contact ebay. I am still getting emails from ebay stating I won the auction and need to pay for my purchase. Since my conversation with the first salesman I have sent a couple of emails that have gone un answerer. I did call the contact person listed on ebay's website and got the same run around the first guy gave me. HELP! What recourse do I have?

It is a binding contract unless it is true that fraud was involved. So you have to decide if you believe them or not. World Law could help you enforce it if need be and you may email the lawyers on the home page above.

I do not believe their listing was changed because they never offered any evidence of it(I think they listed it wrong and do not want to sell it for $22,000). They also told me ebay put a 24 hour hold on all or their listings, which never happened. Ebay has never sent anything stating there were any problems or that a complaint was filed by the seller. On my ebay page it still shows that I won the auction and need to pay for the item. How does it work if I get World Law Direct involved?
