legality of prescription medication purchases

Im considering purchasing prescription medications from one of the online pharmacies. I do not have a prescription from my physician and would depend on the online pharmacy's physician to write the prescription based on answers to a questionnaire. I understand that it is a violation of US customs to import prescription medication from another country.
Question:

If I confirm that the pharmacy is based in the US, are there any legal issues to be aware of before placing an order as i described above?

It is still banned in some states. Ask your local police or DA if it is legal to do so.

There is a lot of fake selling of medicines online, so one needs to be sure the pharmacy one is having the pills from is a real pharmacy. There are various prescription drugs like Viagra, Cialis, Xanax which could be ordered online.

I would like to recomand you to only those online pharmacies which only gives Generic Drugs appproved by FDA.

Although We have online pharmacy business; My sincere advice to you that dont believe in a moment of the provider of the online medicine. Especially it is so dangerous in cases of sex medicines like viagra, cialis, avodart etc. So please be careful of the fake agencies.
