Buyer will not retrieve purchase

I sold a vehicle on Ebay in Jan. 2007. The sale went through fine...payment received, title and bill of sale mailed and received by Buyer. My problem is that the Buyer has yet to pick up the car. I have repeatedly tried to contact him by email and phone with no luck. The last response I recieved from him was on 2/21/07. I have moved and am having to pay storage on this vehicle. I have several questions.

1. Am I responsible for any damage/theft to this vehicle? (the battery has already been stolen)
2. Can I hold the vehicle for storage costs incurred when or if he decides to retrieve it?
3. Is there a time limit on this and can I resell the vehicle for parts without the title? ( the storage costs will soon be more than the profit on this car)

I am in Florida and the buyer is in Texas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can charge for costs of storage and if you give him 30 days notice in writing you can normally get rid of it if need be. You cannot sell it twice and keep all money but you can deduct for all costs and time and storage etc.
