I ordered car parts online from a company through their webpage. Shortly, I recieved an order confirmation from them with the advertised prices. Several hours later, the company sent me an email stating that they have cancelled the order due to the fact that they don't stock that item and suggested that I get the parts from the manufacturer instead.
The next day, I checked their webpage again and found that the prices for the parts had doubled and that they were still being offered for sale. I called the manager of the company and he said that the prices listed at the time of my purchase were introductory sales prices from the factory and were no longer valid. Can I get him to honor the price per the order confirmation? |
