I closed a deal yesterday 7-7-09 on my 2006 softail springer custom classic. The sale price was 12 thousand dollars. The winning buyer, a real eastate attorney said he bought another bike and doesn't want mine. I saved all e-mail correspondence in which he basically said there is no legally binding contract, and I am wasting my time trying to get retribution. Do I have any recoarse?

You have to re-sell it but can sue him in small claims for any loss or extra costs you incur.
