Is it legal in Canada (Quebec) to buy/sell imitation brand names online
My son wants to setup a website to sell imitation brand names in Quebec. The clothes he's getting from China. Is this legal if he declares all his revenue, makes it clear that the brand names are "IMITATIONS" and pays all the required taxes ?

Once the brand finds out you are representing them, then you can get into a lot of legal trouble. Big companys loose a lot of money like that, like copying a DVD, CD, is the same thing. But, what ever floats your boat.
