Paid for a program and not receiving a valid license key
I live in Western Australia and recently purchased a program called Elfbot from a company in the USA called NG Soft. The key provided to me at time of purchase was invalid and so were subsequent keys provided to me via their automated key system. I have left messages for them via their "help desk" and the only replies I received were automated and not relevant to my particular problem. Any advice on how to proceed here would be greatly appreciated.

The same thing happened to me except at first it did work then when it came time to have to request a new key all were invalid. This went on for some time so i was so desperate i bought a new Elf bot even though i had already bought one. Could this be a problem with the program if so someone please tell me the solution.
