web liicensing
Dear Forum,
What is the current state on International sales of e-licensing [for a downloaded product] vs. claims of legal presence of a jurisdiction? I want to sell a downloaded product use license, but am worried about marketing creating jurisdiction in hard to reach, expensive, and unusual law locations?
