No Title
Virginia. I bought a motorcycle on ebay from a respectable seller, or so i thought. everything went like it should, i paid for the shipping of the bike and got the bike about a week later. some of the parts that were in the auction didnt come with the bike when it was shipped and neither did the title. The seller told me that he shipped the other parts threw UPS and he shipped the title for the bike threw USPS. I havent recieved the parts nor the title and as of today, its been almost a week since the seller has returned my phone calls. What can I do?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to his behavior...
Or have World Law's lawyers intervene if need be. |
