Angry Excessive shipping

A very big seller on ebay is charging me shipping costs far more than stated. On ebay shop the seller says " we ship everything from NC USA" and then price is 35$ for first item and then 10$ for additional items. When i try to check out i get the information that two pairs of shoes will ship from their store in Australia. For this shipment he wants 36.95$ and 14.95$. for the shoes in USA he wants 36.95$ and 14.95$ each for the additional ones. In the auction page clearly states the price, i have even printouts, but when i inform seller about this he just replys " price is set, i will not change it, you should have made your business elsewhere and i will give you negative feedback so they will close your account". I have tryed to make a deal with the seller, i pay 35$ + 10$ additional and then he cancels the buy from Australia. " im not gonna change, have a nice day, Thanks"
Then, twenty minutes after ive sent my latest mail the shop page has been edited with the new costs. But as i said, the seller refuses to back on his original demand.
What to do??????????

Default Re: Excessive shipping

First if you paid with Pay Pal open up a dispute with them. Send them all pertinent info they are very good with this sort of thing. Also report this seller to EBAY for excessive shipping charges Ebay really frowns on this.
