online purchase, there could be more trouble what can i do?

purchased a necklace from collectiblestoday.com, i made the purchase last july cant remember exact date but everyday i check online order status from the site, first they said they would ship my order on september so this actually got me mad a small order would take that long before it can be shipped? i sent them an email to ask if it was possible to change to the 2 day shipping. they replied and all they said was i should receive my order 2-3 weeks after the ship date. checked status a few days later my order was shipped 07/24/2008, at first it was 8-12 business days for shipping then they said 2-3 weeks.it has now been almost 5 weeks and still nothing. i sent them an email last week to ask what was going on i never got a reply. 2 days after i sent that email i went to the site check the status again and everytime i try to check a different accounts comes on. the way you check order/payment status on their site is you enter you account number. phone number. address, state. country and email. i entered all that and what came up was my exact address but under a different name someone i have never heard of.i redo the info same thing happens, i switch to another computer same thing happens.i try logging in to the website on my account but now all i get cannot show order or cannot display order status for some reason.i sent them an email early monday morning again to ask what was going on.2 days later still no reply the first email i ever sent they replied after a few hours...
my concern is i paid for the item and its beginning to look like i may never get it, and it also look like their site isnt 100% secure as they claim and costumer service, how do i say this.they are providing really bad service.the more emails i send that they dont reply to the more worried i get that someday when i look at my bank account im gona see charges for stuff i never bought..

is there anyway for me atleast get a refund? they said the product has been shipped but i never got it and they wont reply to my emails and now i cant even get my order information from their site

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company asap and have them cancel the purchase. Good luck.
