Default Problems with payment processing company... I need a new provider!

I am working with a payment processing company to process my clients’ payments online. This company, in all of my history working with payment processing companies, has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have only received one, and I mean one, report in the last six months! I need an exact break down of where my money is going! Oh and forget fraud tools or charge back reporting capability, I don’t even think they know what that is! Please help I need a new provider!

I wish to inform you that it is the terms and conditions of the contract between the payment processing company and you that will guide in the matter. If there is a deficiency in service then you may give a written notice to the other party. You may claim damages and costs. You may also terminate the contract as per the clause dealing with termination of contract in your agreement. If the other party does not resolve the matter, then you may file a lawsuit. The court will consider all the facts and decide the matter.

If you are not getting the desired service from the company then you can break the contract with them upon this reasons. You can also ask for compensation and damages that you had suffered. Upon the fact you are required to inform them regarding the matter in detail through a registered mail and keep the proof carefully. It is necessary to demand them to return all the important documents with immediate effect. If they are not ready to cooperate with you then the only source is to move legally to have your rights established.

Thank you for your suggestions!
After much consideration, and being on hold with several different payment processing companies I decided to go with ……
M2 Worldwide LLC
After being placed on hold several times with other companies, sometimes for up to 7 minutes I placed a call to M2 and got right to a customer service rep! Not only was the representative well informed but he was able to cater to my needs. He did a great job explaining the reporting system that they use, how I can view it online, and how their company has the most “sophisticated reporting system” to date.
They also had the lowest rates out of any company I contacted.

I am glad to hear you found a new company and hope that works out well. But, in terms of your contract with the first company, I can speak from some firsthand experience here. I would not under any circumstances simply walk away from the contract, tempting as that may sound. I've seen payment processing companies not hesitate to file suit, so I would instead get a legal opinion. It's really easy to just ask WLD for a referral to a business law attorney in your area.
