Problem with a guy in Florida and my car; I am from Greece

Hello my name is Dimis and i am from Greece.
my story begin some year ago when i tuned some of my cars in Germany.Me and the tuner there became friends and when he was moving to Tampa in FL he offered me to buy a car ,tuned it there ,and export to me back to EU.He promised also that he could send me the car in EU with lower invoice as he could present the car with damaged engine in German customs
So,i agreed and we done the deal...the deal was that i had to spend 150,000$ for the car and for the tuning....85,000 for a car(Porsche) and the rest 65,000$ for the tuning..this happened 20 months ago.
He bought the car for me from San fransisco CA,he bring it in to his workshop in Tampa and there he tuned,in the middle he told me that the total account of the tuning would be more than 65,000$..i told him that our deal was that ..so he could finish the car and keep the stock parts till the ballance of the account.
When the car was ready i told him that it was time to shipping the car but he didnt so i went there to see what happens..the car was ready but he told me that he was trying to found a solution for lower invoice and was difficult so i had to wait ..i was waiting for some more months and then i asking him to shipping the car with more aggressive way..he didnt ...so i went again there,he told me that he couldnt give me lower invoice and he want to be legal,so he had to write an invoice of 85,000$ and a normal,legal invoice of the tuning included the taxes of 7% in FL..i told him that i want at least an invoice of 75,000$ for the car as now the car become 20months older and the market of the specific car is a bit lower..
He told that couldnt happens...and also i have to pay the 7% taxes for the car in the invoice of 85,000$
some friends of mine there in NY told that ,first,i dont have to pay taxes for the car as the car dosent need to registry in FL,but he insists that he has first to registry the car to FL cause as he is this moment US citizen cant export more than 5 cars and he already exported 5..
so my question is:should i push him for a bit older invoice as the car is 20months older?
should i pay taxes 7% of the invoice of the car and also the taxes of 7% of the invoice of the tuning?what do you think guys???...i am also thinking to go to attorney there...

I wish to inform you that invoice will be made as per contract. In this regard, your liability will be as per contract. You will require to register car in your name in which you will be required to pay fees to registering authority. You are required to pay seller sale price as decided. Further in case of sale of car there is sales tax of 6% . Vehicles purchased in other states six months before they are brought into Florida are not subject to the six percent sales tax.

Thanks for your quick answer,so ,for you my friend AFFA ,i must pay the taxes,correct?....i forget to tell to all you that when the car bought it from San Fransisco CA was already used..the car is '07 model...with 9.000miles
