Cool Can a non-profit raffle off real estate in Colorado?

I am unable to sell my house and am considering donating it to the humane society to raffle off. Taking the lead from a couple out east ( http://www.sanmarraffle.com ) they will get slightly under market value for their house and the charity stands to make over $150K. MD law governed these: 1)only a non-profit can raffle a property 2) a realtor cannot profit from such 3) must declare min and max number of tickets sold 4) may have one backup date for raffle in the event min number of tickets are not sold. Does anyone know if this would work for me in Colorado Springs?
