business dispute in Italy
Hi, We are an Overseas Education Advisors in india. One of our client school in italy for which we are into agency agreement, we have enrolled one student for the course but due to visa rejection from the italian embassy in india because the school wasn\'t having necessary registration for getting international students the visa application was denied, now the school refuses to pay back the advance tuition fee which was paid by the student. According to school it not there fault. I request you to please provide me with further course of action as i had tried to speak to them, with no positive outcome.
