Colorado.
I sit on a NFP board which has 3 Board vacancies and 3 candidates for those vacancies. Is it necessary to run a formal election or could the candidates be simply declared as elected and so fill the positions vacant? This is a small NFP and election funds can be used elsewhere! Thank you Ian Watt |
