boss at nonprofit buys from a company he owns
My boss a Texas nonprofit buys supplies from a company he owns and many people don't seem to know that here. Is that legal?

he needs to disclose that
the organization may still allow it if at arm's length and if others can also offer terms that may or may not be better normally however that is best to avoid as it raises all sorts of ethical and tax issues |
