Re: Law Wiki Got a curly one for you that I couldn't find on a skim of your index. Do you have any information on the process of registering and enforcing an Australian court order against a citizen of the United States who has been found guilty of defamation on the Internet? If applicable, the relevant state jurisdiction in the US is New Hampshire, and at a guess if I do have to register the order it would be in the US District Court in said state. Would it cost? And would a hearing be needed to confirm the registration? Or is it automatic upon payment or receipt if payment is not required? The order should include damages including interest and costs. The defendant is not appearing and has in fact sent letters to the Court being extremely belligerent and rude over the process in refusing to get involved. The order should also include the removal of defamatory content, and hopefully (this will be the hard one) keeping it that way. Just as a by line as well - are there are precedents in the US that actually define the difference between protected speech and unprotected speech for non public figures? If so what are they? |

Re: Law Wiki I understand the laws of such a site WIKI, and the debates that keep Wiki going by sustaining information, yet simple situations of criminal acts used to change information on Wiki, I have found Wiki to be under attack by the colluding parties that prevents the wiki profile from being deleted. If Wiki can not defend them self adequately, then they should just close or ban the profiles of information that refuse to resolve the situation appropriately In court whether or not such a case is defamation. "The law does apply to everyone" how do i get assistance from wiki to ensure the information is accurate. |
