There is a possibility that my neighbor has poisioned my trees that were planted to create a natual
border between the two properties. The trees were planted approximately a year and a half ago and will grow approximately 10 feet in height. Fourteen of the 16 are now dead. Although his home is behind ours, we both have water front veiws. I believe he/she were concerned that our trees may one day impeed their view of the water. Once the horticulturist findings are in, is there anyway that we can proove that they have sabotaged our property? Probably not, but if we can, what do you recommed we do? If not, what can we do to protect ourselves from this happening again? Thank you very much for your input. Last edited by wld_team; Nov 25th, 2007 at 02:20 PM. |
