Its a bit of a long story but the house I live in was first built with a detached garage with a driveway in between.
When the builder moved out he sold the garage separate and it was turned into a house which is now number 50a where as mine is 50. While all of this was happening in the deeds it was said that the garage house would have permission to park 1 car in the drive way. My old neighbours stuck to this rule well as if they had visitors the always asked us first. But they moved out and the new neighbours don't like this rule and keep putting 2 cars on the drive blocking me in. We have spoken to them several times but they won't listen. Is there a way I can change my deeds to allow them access only to there door and not to park on the drive? I feel this is the only way they will listen. Thanks for the help and I will be happy to clear things up which don't make sense. |

A court can order any change if it is necessary to reflect what all had agreed or if one party is unreasonably blocking use...if that is what you mean.
