Angry mom took my car

My mom and I are share ownership for a 1998 Ford Mustang; however, she
lives
in Ga and I moved up to Ne. I have made 7 monthly payments on the
vehicle
and have been the only driver and person taking care of the vehicle. My
mom
has made two car payments. I had my license revoked and got the car
reinsured with my boyfriend being the primary driver of the car with a
valid
license. However, my mother had the car repossessed without telling me
until
after they had it taken. She did not inform the bank which holds the
title
to the car, I informed them two days after it was taken because i was
told
the bank repossessed it at first. Is there any legal action i can take
towards my mom to get her to get my car back and pay all the fines she
caused by having it repossessed?
