Facts:
Neighbor moved in about a year ago and put up a 5 foot picket fence. Fence is on the neighbors side by about 3 inches. We have three children who play wiffle ball in the yard. The neighbor is complaining about the ball hitting "her" fence. There is usually a "pitch and catch" net up that the kids use as a strike zone, so all hits to the fence are for bad pitches or foul balls. I would like to know if the neighbor can bring any legal action against us for our children playing wiffle ball and the ball hitting "her" fence. Also, could we paint our side of the fence? Thanks |

You cannot touch her fence without permission legally.
Hopefully you can work out something as neighbors usually do. But if not you should ignore her and don't touch. |
