driveway use
i have just moved in to a new home, the driveway comes off the road to my home, then to the house next door. the second day we were there the neighbor comes over to tell us that he owns all of the driveway from where it comes off of my driveway and goes across the front of my home to his home. also i am not allow to park on it. if i park more than two cars on MY driveway it will block his access. Day Three-- Now he has informed me that he ownes 5 feet on each side of the driveway. ie the easement. and i can not park on the drive in front of my house even if i stay over enought for him to get by. If I do not do as he said then he will have to take it to the next level .

Have you had a title search done; you should do so and see exactly what is the legal status.
