I live in IL. My neighbor thinks he owns the ingress/egress easement he has to use as a drive acoross my property. He recently dug a ditch to drain water off the drive which impeds my ability to cut the grass on the rest of the property. Do I have the legal right to fill in the ditch and tell him to confer with me before he does anything else on the easement except cross it with his vehicles?
